French Teenagers Liberate Paris
Paris, France - November 7, 2005
After hours and days of widespread combat between occupying government forces and a partisan resistance movement made of scrappy French Moslem teenagers, Paris was finally liberated today. The streets of the city were strewn with the burnt out hulks of vehicles as the surviving civilian population tentatively came out of their shelters and basements to greet the liberating army.
The retreating government forces meekly surrendered in large numbers. Said President in Exile Jacques Chirac "If they are so upset that they would cause property damage, clearly their cause must be just. We are therefore abdicating as quickly as possible in following with our ongoing policy of appeasement at all costs."

The mostly Muslim teens were almost surprised by their victory, and were not able to express a coherent economic policy. On two things, however, they were quite clear. "First, we will of course invite our Al-Qaeda brothers to join us in out new government," said Ahmed DeGaulle, one of the leaders of the youth movement. "And of course, we'll be torching the local synagogues and breaking the windows of Jewish owned shops next. As to a final solution to our grievances, that has yet to be determined."
